I understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the session. This policy is in place to respect both your time and mine, and to allow other clients the opportunity to book in your place.
